Acoustic & Electric

Play the Guitar You Hear in Your Head

Few instruments are as expressive — or as universally loved — as the guitar. At Raaga Fuzion Music School, our guitar programme is built to take you from holding the instrument for the first time to performing confidently in front of an audience. Whether you are drawn to fingerstyle ballads, blues bends, Bollywood melodies, or full-throttle rock solos, your lessons are shaped around the music that moves you.

Each student follows a personalised learning plan that balances technique, theory, and repertoire. We teach both acoustic and electric guitar, and we are one of the few schools in the Netherlands that weaves Indian classical phrasing together with Western harmony — giving you a genuinely global musical vocabulary.

Guitar Lessons — Your Questions

Do I need my own guitar to start?+
Not for your free demo class. To make steady progress we do recommend having an instrument to practise on at home, and we are happy to advise on a suitable beginner acoustic or electric guitar within any budget before you commit.
Should a beginner start on acoustic or electric guitar?+
Both are excellent starting points — the right choice depends on the music you want to play. Acoustic builds strong finger strength and is great for songwriting, while electric is often easier on the fingers and ideal for rock and lead playing. Your instructor will help you decide during the demo.
What ages do you teach guitar?+
There are no age restrictions on our guitar programme. We teach children, teenagers, and adults of every level, with lesson content and pacing adapted to suit each learner.
Can I work towards a recognised guitar certificate?+
Yes. Students who wish to can follow the Trinity College London graded syllabus or the Rock & Pop pathway, earning internationally recognised certificates as they progress. Exam preparation is built into your lessons at your own pace.
