Adult Lessons — Your Questions

Am I too old to learn an instrument?+
No. Adults learn music successfully at every age. With focus and regular practice, progress comes steadily — and many adult learners are surprised by how quickly they improve. There is no upper age limit at our school.
I'm a complete beginner — is that a problem?+
Not at all. Many of our adult students start from scratch. Lessons begin exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable and rewarding.
Can I fit lessons around a full-time job?+
Yes. We offer weekday evening and weekend availability specifically for working adults, and we will help you build a practice routine that is realistic for a busy schedule.
Do I have to take exams?+
Only if you want to. Some adult students enjoy working towards Trinity College London grades; others simply want to play music they love. Both paths are completely welcome.
